About The Role
We’re looking for Hunters - high-energy, driven professionals with sound business sense and natural sales instincts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Manufacturing or Industrial sales experience. Inside and outside sales experience. Food Manufacturing knowledge or experience is strongly preferred.
What It Takes
- Operate within budgetary guidelines utilizing discretion and professionalism.
- Cold calling and identify key decision makers while building relationships on a daily disciplined and aggressive sales call schedule.
- Focus energy on high return/profitable opportunities.
- Take initiative to work independently with end result in mind.
- Consultative Selling and actively investigate customer needs through effective questioning & listening skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate business value to sell flooring system solutions based on customer environment, needs and specifications.
- Submit daily call logs and maintain a clean constructive database.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of an organization.
